For CETAL people, “LEAN” means “Produce what the customer wants, when the customer wants it with the minimum of waste!”
At the end of 2015, CETAL launched a “LEAN project” aiming at continous, daily improvement.
The purpose was to enable each CETAL collaborator to directly contribute to quality improvement and increase of customer satisfaction.
People are now “EMPOWERED”, every day, all teams stop 10 minutes to think and define new actions for improvement.
