Flange immersion heaters

Standardized flange immersion heater
DN40 to DN100

CETAL has created a new range of standardized flange immersion heaters to ensure rapid costing and optimized delivery times.

They allow the heating of liquids (water, oil, fuel oil, glycol, soda, bitumen, etc.) or neutral gas, by natural or forced convection.

They can be fitted with regulation and safety devices (thermostats, PT100 probe, thermocouple, etc.) with temperature measurement in the fluid or on the heating elements.

Product overview

  • Power up to 75kW
  • Flanges DN 40 (1″1/2) to DN 100 (4″)
  • Standard EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5
  • Process Temperature up to +400°C
  • Max voltage 690V

Advantages

  • Standardized design
  • Optimized delivery time
  • Wide choice of materials depending on the fluids to be heated (321, 316L, Incoloy 800, etc.)
  • Compact bundle

Operating conditions

  • Normal (Non ATEX)
  • Horizontal or vertical mounting on tank
  • Mounting on heater vessel for circulating fluid
  • Max pressure 50 bars at 40 °C max
