QMOS - QS - EN - ASME - TÜF Qualification Our welding operations are EN-ASME or body certified. Our welding operators are qualified by an independent organism. CETAL designs and manufactures the equipments in accordance with CODAP-ASME VII division I, API …codes.     Notification LCIE 02 ATEX Q 8022 Explosive atmosphere CETAL designs and manufactures heating elements and assemblies according specifications for hazardous atmospheres certified being in compliance with the following harmonized European standards CENELEC/CEI : EN 50014 (general requirements), EN 50018 (flameproof enclosure "d"), EN 50019 (increased safety "e") and EN 50020 (intrinsic safety "i"). The production quality assessment notification for equipment or protective system or component intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres is delivered by the LCIE. Our company holds the manufacture of equipment in accordance with ATEX (94/09/EC). The products have fully satisfied the type examination and test requirements of the standards. The EC type examination certificates are delivered by an approved certificate body (LCIE N° 0081). Equipments under pressure A large range of material intended for equipments under pressure is manufactured in accordance with the PED 93/23/EC. Different modulus (A, AI,B1+F) are implemented according to the risk category (I - II or III). The conformity assessment is undertaken by a notified body (APAVE No 0060). CE - CSA LR78605 UL LE 1878325P Ability/marking The products manufactured for the European market are CE marked and meet the requirement of all European Directives which are applicable. CETAL's products are approved by the Canadian Standard Association (CSA-0-M 91/72-M19 84-465-465A-465B). Some products have been subjected to certification in accordance with UL standards (explosion proof air duct heaters…)   Verification/Approval Many independent bodies insure regularly the examination and reception of documents and products according to customer's requirements.
